COVID-19 Update - What precautions are you taking?


Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates Coronavirus Update: We have received inquiries from customers about YesClient's operating status and policies during the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak. The short answer is that we are operational but adapting to the challenges. Our technicians, as well as our headquarters staff, are working hard to deliver in-home tech services and remote support. We will continue to offer our services wherever we can, subject to local regulations and provided we are confident that we can do so safely and effectively. That said, we share your concerns about the risks of Coronavirus. To mitigate these, we have provided our techs with detailed advisories for how to handle in-home jobs as safely as possible for everyone based on CDC and WHO guidance. Our latest advisory is HERE. We ask that customers do their part to ensure everyone’s safety: Please avoid scheduling in-home work with us if you meet any of the higher risk categories as identified by the CDC (e.g., adults over 65). The complete list is HERE. If a service can be performed remotely (i.e., a computer tune-up), we ask that you use our remote service instead on in-home (which will also save you money). If you have a scheduled home service: If you feel sick, please contact us to cancel your service. We will waive any cancellations fees related to illness. Please be prepared for the tech to perform the work as expeditiously as possible (e.g., have passwords ready, clear and disinfect work area and any other materials the Tech may come into contact with, be at home on time, etc.).
Refrain from physical greetings such as handshakes. Maximize Personal Distance. Most sources recommend keeping six (6) feet away from others to minimize the chance of spreading germs. What is the YesClient guarantee?


YesClient is devoted to your total satisfaction, Every service has a complete 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If any issues arise before, during, or after your service, please alert us immediately and we will do what it takes to correct it!




What is your return policy?


We do not accept any returns. We still provide the YesClient guarantee, and any defective devices will be replaced at no additional cost within 90 days of installation. After the 90 day period, it is the customer's responsibility to work with the manufacture's warranty for repairs and/or replacements.

Payments

How do I Pay?


In-home services will be paid upon job completion through Credit card or gift cards, receipts will be immediately emailed? • Online services will be paid prior to the start of the consultation. • We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.




Do I tip the tech?


Tipping is not necessary, but always welcomed. Please always leave us your feedback once your service is completed. Your feedback is extremely important to us, to ensure quality of service.
